Please understand furniture is relatively difficult to transport. Despite careful attention to your product's handling, damages may still occur on rare occasions. If there is a problem with your furniture during delivery, please contact us
as soon as possible. Your furniture will be returned to the manufacturer and replaced. You will be given a new delivery date at no extra cost. Please remember to report all problems immediately so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner. Please note that you are responsible for checking all furniture, not excluding factory-packed cartons upon delivery. If you receive your furniture damaged through export and order consolidation (not truck delivery), please consult our shipping section.
